Refunds

All sales are final. Broken files always get fixed.

The planner and the bundle are digital files you can download the moment checkout finishes, so purchases can't be returned and aren't refunded.

If a file won't open, a link doesn't work in your app, or a page is wrong, email hello@threethings.example from the address you bought with. It will be fixed and you'll get the corrected file at no charge, for as long as the product exists.

Every page type is shown at real size on the planner page, and the free calendars use the same layout, so you can see what you're getting before you buy.
