About
Made by one person, in Orlando, from a pile of abandoned planners.
I'm Adam Long. I build software and video for a living and have a drawer of planners that stopped in February. The pattern was always the same: the page asked for more than the day had in it, so the page stayed blank, and a blank page is a small verdict.
Three Things is the planner I kept sketching on index cards instead. Three lines for the day. A place to dump everything else. A list of what got done, because on a bad day that's the only list worth reading. No streaks, no scores.
How it's built
The planner is generated from code rather than laid out by hand. Every date, holiday, tab and link comes from the same date engine, which is why the 15,000-odd internal links all work and why the dated, undated, light and dark editions are structurally identical. The free calendars come from the same engine.
What it is not
It's not a medical product and I'm not a clinician. It's a planner shaped around how ADHD brains tend to work, drawn from the same complaints you'll find in any ADHD forum and from my own drawer. If a file won't open or a link doesn't work in your app, email and it gets fixed.
